Re: Notify on error via IFTTT
@Gambit can you help a little more?
Since it is another "project", can you maybe create a new Topic regarding this?
Maybe in German, since it would be much easier to understand
I succesfully installed Telegram CLI on the Pi and a Apache with PHP.
In your script you are refering to "/home/pi/tg/telegram_send_home.sh"
can you maybe provide this script aswell please?

Re: Notify on error via IFTTT
Hi David,
Awseome stuff, thank you for this!
Will try to set it up right away.
Is this script also able to set a mode for the mower?
I would want to send the mower home once my Netatmo rain sensor detects rainfall. Since Netatmo is also able to work with IFTTT it could work like a charme.
Best regards
Matthias

You'd be better off accessing the mode-URL of the mower directly.
Can the Netatmo make web requests?
If yes, then make sure you've got your mower reachable from the internet.
Then send it home by simply making a URL request like this; http://user:pass@url-to-your-server/jso ... &mode=home

Re: Notify on error via IFTTT
Thank you David,
I´´´m actually also struggeling setting up the IFTTT end. What to set as the Trigger there?
The netatmo itself can´t send the URl request itself I believe but I you can use IFTTT again to do this since Netatmo´ s API works with it.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Re: Notify on error via IFTTT
To use Pushover you just replace line 61-81 with this:
Code: Alles auswählen
if ($statusnum ne "") {
use LWP::UserAgent;
LWP::UserAgent->new()->post(
"https://api.pushover.net/1/messages.json", [
"token" => "APP_TOKEN",
"user" => "USER_KEY",
"message" => "Status:$response \nBatteri:$battery \n$errmsg",
]);

Re: Notify on error via IFTTT
Meanwhile I got the IFTTT end to work with the webhooks.
however the script isn´t runing correctly on my synology. I keep on getting error 500 when pointing to it in my browser.
I´ve set chmod to 755, used correct Perl path and installes Perl through the package manager.
Any hint from somebody using also Synology?
Thanks in advance
Matthias
