Complete factory reset howto?

My Robonect module does not show up any more in the WIFI list, I have done several reset's with 9999-mypincode, restarted the Automower lot's of times, also hade it turned off during the night.
At first start I could reach it with no problem, but when i did a restart from the module interface it will not show up at all in the WIFI list. I can see it sometime for a couple of seconds but it says 'OUT of reach' even if I am 4-5 meters from it.
I did not upload any firmware to it yet.
Is the only way to disassemble my AM and reset the module with the buttons?

Seems like no one can read english here so I can report that it is solved. The module went to sleep after a while when the AM was parked, the Timer is now set to 9999 minutes in Timer settings for the module.
