Installation of the module is fairly simple and takes about 15 minutes. Power off your robot before you continue.

Wichtig!

1. Hauptschalter am Mäher ausmachen (switch off power switch first)
2. Mäher öffnen, wie beschrieben (open the mower like shown in this guide)
3. Stromkabel des Akku von der Hauptplatine des Mähers abziehen!
   Before installing Rebonect the power cable has to be detached off the mowers mainboard first!

First of all you need to remove top cover form the robot. Before you do it you need to disconnect the charging cable. Just pull off the rubber spacer and disconnect the cable.


Then put one hand on the dashboard and with another one pull up the front side and then same for the back side of the top cover.


Now you are ready to start unscrewing the robot chassi. Clean it with a brush or dry cloth to avoid dust/grass/etc coming inside the unit during next steps.


There are 14 screws you need to remove located on the perimeter of the chassi.


Say goodbye to you warranty and tear off the label.


Gently lift the cover of the chassi.


This is how it looks inside. Plenty of space to place the module.


Now detach this cable (which comes from the display) from the robots main board by pressing two clips as shown.


Attach Robonect modules cable to the robots main (where you just detached the cable from in the previous step)


Attach robots display cable (which you unplugged in previous steps) to the Robonect module.


Now you need to place the module inside and stick it using adhesive pads that came with the module. I placed it to the right of the center motor. You can place it to the left too. Just make sure you place it no too close to power wires to minimize interference.


Put back the cover and secure it with 14 screws.


Put back the top cover and press until it clicks ont he "joysticks". Connect back the charging cable and push the grommet inside.

Power up your robot. Find the Wifi called Robonect or alike and connect to it. It is easier to do it from the PC , not from you mobile. Surf into to http://192.168.2.1. Select language and proceed.
Now you need to install the firmware. Download it from https://www.robonect-shop.de/downloads/

In the web gui find where to upload your firmware file and point to the file you just downloaded. All other config is self-explanatory and easy.
