.:!: Achtung!

Unfortunatly no luck with ire shark and the new wifi card under win10 but I made some test scenarious with different Tasmota versions:
Loading Robonect_relay.bin sends the correct Power1 ON command to the Relay. This package is based on an old Tasmota 6.4.1 that didnt consider the new 8285 chips with an integration of 8266+memory --- could that be of an issue??
Anyhow, I saved the config of the Robonect_relay.bin and uppgraded to a more resent Tasmota 6.7.1 and then restored the earlier saved config from the Robonect_relay.bin file.
And now, the Robonect HX+ dont send the Power1 ON command anymore.
I cant understand why RobonectHX+ behave like this??
Can someone check if it is possible to upgrade at all or if we are locked to the old package in order for the Passage integration to work!!?

Robonect doesn‘t know, which Version the Relay uses. After the Relay accepts the incoming TCP Message, Robonect sends the HTTP Get Request. This is always the same.
The question is moreover, why the Relay doesn’t accept it.

Are you using a FritzBox? A fritzbox is able to record the wlan traffic in a wireshark format.

No unfortunatly Im not using a fritzbox so Im OUT of debugging options until I get my new wifi card to work in monitor mode.

And yes I agree with you on that it should be no difference but still, the main question, as I can see it is why is then the correct "backlog" command sequence of Pulsetime followed by the Power command received by my sonoff module when it is loaded with the robonect_relay based on tasmota 6.4.4 but not when it is loaded with the standard tasmota packages 6.7, 8.5 and 9.5?
- And even more strange is that ALL of the above tasmota versions works when I manually send the http command "Backlog" string to the Relay from a web browser!!?

Just to remove any doubt that the "sonoff 5v wifi Relay board" is the source of the problem.
So I have now loaded another esp8266 board, this time a " sonoff sv" board - and the behaviour/problem is the same.
