Lost wifi connectivity

I just got my Robonect installed two days ago. I connected to the wifi, upgraded the firmware, connected it to my own wifi, and was able to see and control the mower from the web. So far so good!
I've had an error since day on that says "This firmware is not supported, please request a new one", but I see I'm not alone with that error.

Last night I was looking in the web interface, so I did a little maintenance, like disabling the mowers own access-point (there should be no reason to have it on after setup). And it still was working fine a couple of hours after that.

Then suddenly it stopped. I can't connect to it's static ip (I set it to 192.168.0.43 during the initial setup), and the SSID I disabled earlier is showing again ("Mein Robomower" or whatever it is). I can connect to the mowers network, but can't reach the webserver and I don't get an IP from the mowers DHCP server.

This is not looking so good....


Is there any way to get this up and running again without disassembling the mower?

How can I prevent this error in the future?

Using the Reset Pin worked! It just took me a while to figure out that you are supposed to subtract your own pin from 9999 and use the result as the Reset Pin.

All is well again, and its good to know that I don't necessary have to pick the mower apart just to hit a reset button...
